Additional Activities:
Bingo, children’s craft time, and wagon rides occur every weekend between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Themed weekends and DJ entertainment are also scheduled. The property borders the Schoharie Creek which offers fishing, swimming, floating, and hours of fun for the kids. Trout, bass, and perch are the most common catches. Biking and hiking are popular. The 350+ mile Long Path Trail system travels through our property. It is a challenging 2.2 mile hike from campsite 615 to MineKill State Park waterfalls.

Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a campsite for the 2023 season.
Seasonal camping payments may be made via cash, check, money order or ACH. Sorry, no credit cards.
Accounts not meeting the minimum payment schedule of Plan A are considered past due. Past due amounts will be subject to a $10 late fee per month. Accounts which are past due may be denied access into the campground and/or the trailer may be subject to removal from campsite. Once account becomes current, the trailer can be returned to the original reserved campsite or, if now unavailable, to an available alternate campsite.
Refunds
2023 Seasonal camping payments are refunded based on departing date.

We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve a site. The 2022 season will run from May 1, 9AM to Monday of Columbus Day at 4PM. We do require new seasonal guests to begin with trailer that is no more than 10 years old. Park model/destination travel trailers are no longer accepted.

Most frequent questions and answers
Travel trailers, 5th wheels, motorhomes, and pop-up models by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) are welcomed permitted. RVIA crossover models, known as Park Trailers, destination trailers and Park Model units by the Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association (RPTIA) are not permitted in the campground. We do require all new seasonal guests to begin with a trailer that is no more than 10 years old.
Specific guidelines are detailed in the Seasonal Policies.
Platform decks shall be positioned at the ground surface and may be the length of trailer by ten feet. Building porch enclosures, railings, and roof structures is no longer permitted. Storage sheds shall be manufactured metal or plastic kits and no larger than 50 sq feet (8’ x 6’ or 7’ x7’). One storage shed per site. Specific guidelines are detailed in the Seasonal Policies.
Other than a few specific sites, trailers are to be backed in perpendicular to the road. The campground staff can review individual site boundaries and trailer positioning upon request.
Standard refrigerators may be used. It must be placed inside your storage shed or trailer and powered by a UL listed extension cord.
Family and friends are welcome when you are here, Visitor Fees apply.
The campground will closes on Columbus Day at 4:00 PM until May 1, 2021, 8:00AM. There is no access to your camper or campsite during this time.
There is no winter/hunting camping access use.
Tiny homes are not permitted in the campground.
Seasonal guests are responsible for their site. This includes lawn mowing and leaf raking. For your convenience, the campground will provide this service for an additional charge.
