Most frequent questions and answers

Travel trailers, 5th wheels, motorhomes, and pop-up models by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) are welcomed permitted. RVIA crossover models, known as Park Trailers, destination trailers and Park Model units by the Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association (RPTIA) are not permitted in the campground. We do require all new seasonal guests to begin with a trailer that is no more than 10 years old.

Specific guidelines are detailed in the Seasonal Policies.

Platform decks shall be positioned at the ground surface and may be the length of trailer by ten feet. Building porch enclosures, railings, and roof structures is no longer permitted. Storage sheds shall be manufactured metal or plastic kits and no larger than 50 sq feet (8’ x 6’ or 7’ x7’). One storage shed per site. Specific guidelines are detailed in the Seasonal Policies.

Other than a few specific sites, trailers are to be backed in perpendicular to the road. The campground staff can review individual site boundaries and trailer positioning upon request.

Standard refrigerators may be used. It must be placed inside your storage shed or trailer and powered by a UL listed extension cord.

The campground will closes on Columbus Day at 4:00 PM until May 1, 2021, 8:00AM. There is no access to your camper or campsite during this time.

There is no winter/hunting camping access use.

Tiny homes are not permitted in the campground.

Seasonal guests are responsible for their site. This includes lawn mowing and leaf raking. For your convenience, the campground will provide this service for an additional charge.
